Dark Black PVD Coating Machine adopts advanced vacuum sputtering or vacuum ion plating technology. In a highly vacuum environment, high-energy particles bombard the target material, so that the black atoms or molecules on the surface of the target material are excited and sputtered out. In this process, the precision control system inside the equipment will accurately adjust the sputtering parameters, including the power, current, gas flow rate of the target material and the rotation speed of the substrate, to ensure that the sputtered particles can be evenly covered on the surface of the substrate. In order to further improve the uniformity of the coating, the Dark Black PVD Coating Machine is also equipped with an advanced magnetic field guidance system. The system generates a strong magnetic field to guide and constrain the sputtered particles in a certain area, reducing the loss and collision of particles during transmission, thereby ensuring that the particles can be deposited on the substrate in a more uniform manner. The equipment also uses a high-precision substrate rotation mechanism. During the coating process, the substrate will continue to rotate to ensure that all parts of it can be evenly bombarded by sputtered particles. This dynamic rotation method not only improves the uniformity of the coating, but also makes the thickness of the film more consistent, avoiding quality problems caused by local over-thickness or over-thinness.

System Summary

Multi-arc ion & sputtering coatings can be deposited in a wide range of colors. The rang of colors can be further enhanced by introducing reactive gases into the chamber during the deposition process. The widely used reactive gases for decorative coatings are nitrogen, oxygen, argon or acetylene. The decorative coatings are produced in a certain color range, depending on the metal-to-gas ratio in the coating and the structure of the coating. Both of these factors can be altered by changing the deposition parameters.
Prior to deposition, the parts are cleaned so the surface is free of dust or chemical impurities. Once the coating process has started, all the relevant process parameters are continuously monitored and controlled by an automatic computer control system.
