The unique physical vapor deposition (PVD) technology of Watchband Decoration PVD Vacuum Coating Machine brings unprecedented decorative effects and durability to watch straps.
This machine is widely used in the decoration of various watch straps. Through PVD coating, watch straps can present rich colors, such as gold, silver, black, etc., to meet the aesthetic needs of different consumers. The high hardness and wear resistance of the coating layer effectively extend the service life of the strap and resist scratches and wear in daily wear.
Watchband decoration PVD vacuum coating machine also plays an important role in improving the quality of watches. High-quality coating enhances the appearance of the strap and improves the grade and added value of the overall product. In the fiercely competitive market environment, this has become one of the important factors for watch brands to attract consumers.
With the continuous advancement of technology and the reduction of costs, the application scope of Watchband Decoration PVD Vacuum Coating Machine is also expanding. In addition to the watch manufacturing industry, the equipment is also gradually used in the decoration and protection of other metal products, such as jewelry, hardware accessories, etc.
System Summary
Arc Discharge: An electric arc or arc discharge is an electrical breakdown of a gas that produces an ongoing electrical discharge. The current through a normally nonconductive medium such as air produces a plasma; the plasma may produce visible light. An arc discharge is characterized by a lower voltage than a glow discharge, and it relies on thermionic emission of electrons from the electrodes supporting the arc.
Multi-arc ion coatings can be deposited in a wide range of colors. The range of colors can be further enhanced by introducing reactive gases into the chamber during the deposition process. The widely used reactive gases for decorative coatings are nitrogen, oxygen, argon or acetylene. The decorative coatings are produced in a certain color range, depending on the metal-to-gas ratio in the coating and the structure of the coating. Both of these factors can be altered by changing the deposition parameters.
Prior to deposition, the parts are cleaned so the surface is free of dust or chemical impurities. Once the coating process has started, all the relevant process parameters are continuously monitored and controlled by an automatic computer control system.
