The working principle of the vertical evaporation coating machine mainly includes the following key steps.

Metal evaporation: In the vacuum chamber, the equipment is equipped with a metal evaporation source or target material. After heating, these materials release metal atoms to form vapor. Heating is usually achieved by resistance heating or electron beam heating. These metal evaporation sources can be metals such as aluminum and chromium.
Vapor deposition: The released metal vapor is deposited on the surface of the plastic product in a vacuum environment. The vapor controls the heating temperature and evaporation rate of the evaporation source, as well as the rotation speed and tilt angle of the plastic product, so that the metal film is evenly covered on the plastic surface.
Film layer control: During the evaporation process, the thickness and uniformity of the metal film are controlled by monitoring and adjusting the heating power of the evaporation source and the rotation speed of the plastic product, ensuring the appearance quality and functional performance stability of the final product.
Cooling and solidification: After the metal film deposition is completed, the heating of the metal evaporation source is stopped, and the atmospheric pressure of the chamber is gradually restored. The metal film cools and solidifies on the plastic surface to form a solid surface coating.
Post-processing and inspection: After cooling and solidification, the plastic product can undergo necessary post-processing, such as cleaning, packaging, etc., and the coating can be inspected as necessary to ensure that its quality and performance meet customer needs and industry standards.
